Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Ryan is implementing advanced security features to ensure HIPAA compliance for a client. Chadd is deploying a Mobile Device Management system.
- New week…new phone system deployment for Ryan. Phone systems can either be a fantastic business tool or a nightmare that can really slow you and your staff down. We’ve researched all of the top phone systems and can recommend our top choice.
- Ryan is creating and implementing advanced security features for a client to help keep their remote workforce secure and HIPAA compliant.
- Chadd is repairing a corrupt accounting database, so it can be upgraded.
- He’ll also be deploying an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) system.
- Chadd is deploying an MDM (Mobile Device Management) system.
- He is also putting together a yearly IT strategy report for a law firm client.
- Bobby is working on an improved process between our customers and LTL for new employees and employees leaving. ‘Labs’ is part of our name and we are always trying to improve everything we do. We never sit back and say the way we do things is good enough or think change is a weakness.
- He is also working on procurement this week internally and for our customers. Caleb is going to start working with Bobby on procurement and we are excited for our customers to work with him.
- Chaden will be working on keeping our ticket count low, ensuring that users are getting the help, solutions, and response that they deserve! #JustLikeGolf
- Caleb is going on-site to help customers resolve ongoing issues and deliver equipment—as well as working on procuring new equipment for customers.
- He will also be focusing on creating and dispatching tickets in a timely manner.
Zero Tickets
A great new week is underway. Last Friday, we hit a very exciting milestone: ZERO tickets! That means each and every one of our clients’ IT issues were solved and no one was waiting on the Escalation Ladder of Doom. Congrats to the team and thank you for taking such good care of our clients!
