We analyze eight categories; each with 20-30 checkpoints. In our Quarterly Business Review with our customers, we go over each category to identify any IT Health opportunities or risks. One more way we are committed to keeping your IT fresh.
The possible rating for each category is Red (critical issues), Yellow (moderate issues), or Green (healthy). Limetree Labs’ goal is to ensure every customer is ‘all green’ in every category. So what does that mean for you and your business? When your IT environment is ‘all green’ you can stop worrying about any data-loss. You can avoid that freak-out moment when servers go down and you aren’t able to get ahold of your IT Service provider on a weekend. In turn, you will start operating at your peak efficiency.
