Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Bobby is creating a Lime & Learn calendar for 2021 and working to get IT Training for all of our customers scheduled out. It is part of our service. This week Chadd is enforcing updated security rules for a customer’s Office 365 environment.
Lime & Learn Training, IT Security
- Bobby is working on some marketing material and sales efforts this week for LTL. He is also going to create a Lime & Learn calendar for 2021 and working to get IT Training for all of our customers scheduled out. It is part of our service. Our customers are all very busy and it is hard to find time to do training BUT.. it is so important for them to Keep IT Fresh and their work moving forward efficiently with IT.
- Chaden is working on service desk tickets and focusing on helping Ryan with any of his tasks so that he can welcome his new baby home.
- Ryan is out this week but will be migrating a client out of their GoDaddy O365 services to Microsoft 365 so they can scale their services. (Congratulations Ryan and Taylor on your new baby boy!)
- Caleb is focusing on user PC setups this week. He has some onsite maintenance to do for a few customers as well.
- Chadd is enforcing updated security rules for a customer’s Office 365 environment. He’s also deploying new Internet at a customer’s office.
- Seth made headway in reporting last week, so he will be able to build a spreadsheet that will capture historical data. He is meeting with the Army about a potential marketing opportunity.
