Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. We are continuing to work on our processes and building out LTL OS, which stands for Limetree Labs Operating System. It will ensure our customers get fast, consistent and Valuable IT Service. We are working our own NEW Models of Service Delivery. Sadly, our Industry has been horrific at putting the customer first.
Limetree Labs Operating System, IT Infrastructure
- Chaden will be working on user setups for our law firms that are still hiring, as well as closing tickets. Same stuff, same great service!
- Chadd is deploying a company wide password manager for a customer.
- He is also working on a Server to Sharepoint data migration.
- Caleb is working on customer procurement and provisioning as well as deploying equipment onsite.
- This week he is meeting with a new hire at a law firm to help with equipment setup.
- Bobby is working on our Utah market this week. We have a ton of new potential customers and we are adding to our Limetree Labs team as well.
- He is also working with Procurement this week.
- We are continuing to work on our processes and building out LTL OS, which stands for Limetree Labs Operating System. It will ensure our customers get fast, consistent and Valuable IT Service. We are working our own NEW Models of Service Delivery. Sadly, our Industry has been horrific at putting the customer first. They all say they do, but the actions do not match the words they use. The standard and traditional model of delivering IT service is and has been broken.
- Ryan is working on onboarding a new customer. He is getting backups running and healthy. We often find new customers have serious issues with IT infrastructure when we start serving them. LTL takes the Extreme Ownership approach.
- He is also working on completing projects this week.
We continue to be blown away by the positive reactions we receive about our service. LTL is doing IT differently and you LIKE IT! Onto another great week. Let’s do this!
