Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Ryan is migrating a customer to the LTL Cloud this week. Bobby and Chadd are working on onboarding a new customer. We are excited to have them join us as we blow customers’ minds with our excellent IT service.
LTL Cloud, Onboarding New Customer
- Chaden is working on tickets and helping Caleb prep for the new users that we have starting this week.
- He’ll be continuing to work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues that our customers are facing as well.
- Bobby is working on onboarding for a new customer. We are so excited to have them.
- He will also be working on getting more gift boxes out the door to our customers.
- We have some new exciting work in Salt Lake City and Bobby will be working on moving that forward.
- Caleb is working on new computer setups and customer procurement this week.
- Chadd is onboarding a new customer that has some IT fires. Looks like they signed up for services with us with no time to spare!
- Ryan is working on off-boarding a couple of our customer’s former employees. Yes, we handle onboarding AND off-boarding to keep your IT environment freshy-fresh.
- He is also working on projects: Migrating a customer to the LTL Cloud, adding in high-level security features, and partnering with a VOIP phone vendor to update a customer’s phone system.
September is upon us and all we know is: It’s going to be a great week at LTL! Our ticket goals for Excellence are in place, we are rockin’ and rollin’, and our customers can’t get enough. New gear is in from Fully Promoted and Chaden is feelin’ fresh in his new shirt. Let’s do this!
