So, what’s your favorite Boise & Salt Lake City IT services company up to this week?
- We are planning a new phone solution set-up for a new client. If you’re following along, you’ll notice there is a trend. Yes, we discover during our onboarding that many clients have phone headaches. We’ve researched several options, and have the best solution for your office.
- This week we are continuing to document and build out our LTL customer process. Processes are the lifeblood of our offering. This ensures efficiency and security for each customer’s IT environment.
- Chadd will be presenting a Quarterly Business Review for a client. This meeting will include the client’s Internal Technology Committee. The goal is to bring together technology and business interests.
- We are setting our company goals for 2020.
- Ryan has been working to increase our ability for housing off-site backups. This ensures that all clients have off-site backups as part of our standard offering.
- Bobby will be out visiting customers and ensuring we are on track for the new year.
