Rick has been working in the technology field for nearly 25 years, gaining experience in both corporate IT and managed service provider (MSP) environments. He also spent nearly a decade in the managed print industry, working with a local Xerox company.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys keeping freshwater fish using a low-tech, low-maintenance approach. He also has a passion for refurbishing older technology, giving outdated devices a second chance at usefulness.
A longtime music lover, Rick still holds onto a small piece of his original vinyl collection from his teen years—about 80 records. Though, when comparing their weight to the convenience of Spotify on his smartphone, he occasionally questions his sanity.
