Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Ryan is standing up Microsoft Intune for a remote workforce to help with policy enforcement. Bobby will be in Salt Lake City attending some service pitch meetings with our new Utah sales rep.
Microsoft Intune, Service Pitch Meetings in Salt Lake City
- Ryan is wrapping up a phone project, continuing with another.
- This week he is standing up Microsoft Intune for a remote workforce to help with policy enforcement.
- Bobby is traveling to Salt Lake City to meet with a current customer and to attend some service pitch meetings. We are continuing to grow in the Salt Lake City Valley.
- He’s also working on a ticket review to make sure we are taking excellent care of our current customers.
- Caleb is working on PC setups and refreshes.
- He’s following up with a new training class for one of our customers to make sure everything is going well.
- He’ll be working on customer procurement and assigning/closing tickets in a timely fashion.
- Chaden is working on tickets as well as setting up some new users as our customers continue to grow.
- Chadd is implementing a time import solution to Quickbooks for a customer.
- He’s also rolling out advanced Phishing training and protection.
On to another great week of serving customers and serving them well. Behind the scenes, we are sweating the details so that our customers can stop worrying about IT and focus on their core business.
