Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week we are continuing our roll-out of multi-factor authentication to customers. We’ll also continue to train users on home IT security.

- Coordinating times for a laptop battery to be replaced for one of our remote users
- Setting up VOIP phones for remote users
- Performing a security audit of a server
- Running an IT inventory audit for a customer
- Ensuring a customer’s new employee’s PC is ready for their training date
- Prepping replacement machines as well as refreshing machines that come into the office this week
- This week we are working on turning the lights back on at the LTL office
- Planning for a full return to the office for our entire staff by May 4
- We will also be going back on-site to all of our customers starting May 4 onward
- Reviewing LTL goals to stay on track for the year
- Keeping up on procurement and projects for all customers and projects
- Helping a client evaluate next-gen anti-virus options
- Training users on home IT security
- Continuing roll out of end-user multi-factor authentication
- Starting the implementation process for two new phone systems
- Setting SLA (service level agreement) and reporting standards for all of our customer backups
- Replying to customers as they need assistance to keep them working with minimal interruptions as they head back into the office
- Focusing on getting new users set up for our law firms who keep hiring to fulfill the economic demand for lawyers
- Responding to and assigning tickets to free up more time for the rest of the team to work on tasks
- Continuing to make sure we are doing everything we can to get all needs of the new users met before their training date
- Following up with some potential new customers to answer questions and let them know the benefits of Limetree Labs Premium IT Service
- Working on our Service Delivery Calendar to make sure all our customers are taken care of
- Getting in touch with all of our customers to chat about transition plans back to the office
