- Starting clean-up of a poorly configured OneDrive/Sharepoint set-up for a cloud-based business.
- Deploying a new power distribution set-up for a customer.
- Ryan is starting a project to put a client in a private cloud to meet their requirement of moving all hardware off-site.
- Working on onboarding a new client.
- Doing some internet upgrades for a client.
- Bobby has an All Hands Employee Meeting with one of our new clients.
- Working on procurement orders for customers.
- Helping our service desk to schedule ABRs (Annual Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). These reviews ensure our customers get the absolute best IT service and nothing falls through the cracks. We also create a strategy and goals for the coming year.
- Chaden is taking care of our users by helping them with any tickets they submit.
- Re-imaging machines.
- Setting up machines for smooth employee onboarding.
