Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week we will be planning ABRs (Annual Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for all customers. We’ll also continue to work on several phone system projects.
Quarterly Business Reviews and Phone Systems
So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
- Chaden will be responding to tickets to resolve user’s issues more quickly.
- Bobby will be working on procurement orders and management for all of our customers this week.
- He’ll be planning ABRs and QBRs for all customers––which will be a mix of in-person and zoom meetings depending on our customer’s current environments.
- Ryan will be continuing to work on phone system projects for several customers.
- He will also be configuring and installing shiny new network equipment (firewall, switch, access points) for a client.
- Caleb is working on new PC setups as they come in.
- He is also helping ensure machines get to our customers and are set up on-site in a timely manner.
- Additionally, he’ll be monitoring, assigning, and responding to tickets as they come in to assure requesters that working on their issues is our top priority and to maintain a reasonable average first response time.
- Chadd will be configuring a new multifunction printer to work with an existing document management solution.
- He’ll also be finalizing a disaster recovery plan for a customer.
- Andrea (that’s me) is working on a new marketing video showing “Why Limetree Labs is Different”. The script and storyboard are done, now on to the filming!
- She will also be working on LTL’s new website. We are constantly evolving and growing––and we want that to reflect in our digital home.
Our customers are slowly making their way back to the office. It has been quite the emotional toll on us all––this pandemic. Even though many of us haven’t been affected directly, it has disrupted our lives and our work more than we know. Take it easy on yourself as you experience yet another disruption and schedule upheaval as you make your way back to the office. We are here with you!
