Welcome to this week\u2019s edition of The Lime Report<\/strong>. We\u2019re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs<\/a> where we are always working to keep IT fresh<\/a>. This week we are continuing our roll-out of multi-factor authentication to customers. We’ll also continue to train users on home IT security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-factor Authentication, Home IT Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So, what\u2019s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook issues<\/li>
  • Coordinating times for a laptop battery to be replaced for one of our remote users<\/li>
  • Setting up VOIP phones for remote users<\/li>
  • Performing a security audit of a server<\/li>
  • Running an IT inventory audit for a customer<\/li>
  • Ensuring a customer’s new employee’s PC is ready for their training date<\/li>
  • Prepping replacement machines as well as refreshing machines that come into the office this week<\/li>
  • This week we are working on turning the lights back on at the LTL office<\/li>
  • Planning for a full return to the office for our entire staff by May 4<\/li>
  • We will also be going back on-site to all of our customers starting May 4 onward<\/li>
  • Reviewing LTL goals to stay on track for the year<\/li>
  • Keeping up on procurement and projects for all customers and projects<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    • Helping a client evaluate next-gen anti-virus options<\/li>
    • Training users on home IT security<\/li>
    • Continuing roll out of end-user multi-factor authentication<\/li>
    • Starting the implementation process for two new phone systems<\/li>
    • Setting SLA (service level agreement) and reporting standards for all of our customer backups<\/li>
    • Replying to customers as they need assistance to keep them working with minimal interruptions as they head back into the office<\/li>
    • Focusing on getting new users set up for our law firms who keep hiring to fulfill the economic demand for lawyers<\/li>
    • Responding to and assigning tickets to free up more time for the rest of the team to work on tasks<\/li>
    • Continuing to make sure we are doing everything we can to get all needs of the new users met before their training date<\/li>
    • Following up with some potential new customers to answer questions and let them know the benefits of Limetree Labs Premium IT Service<\/li>
    • Working on our Service Delivery Calendar to make sure all our customers are taken care of<\/li>
    • Getting in touch with all of our customers to chat about transition plans back to the office<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
